Entertainment is the development and exploitation of intellectual property, especially on social media. Content Creators are constantly expanding upon the images and ideas that they see and hear around them. Under copyright law, only the person who creates the original work has the right to copy and/or use it… but there is an exception.
This presentation explores the concept of “fair use” and how it affects the rights of the originating artist and content creators who want to use the work of another.
