Collections Management Seminar (Virtual)

Join Devon Vander Voort as we discuss best practices for managing your art collection in 2026. We will discuss all of the information you need to organize your fine art collections effectively. Vander Voort will share recommendations for art collection databases and how to utilize them effectively. We will dive into proper storage conditions for various objects, when and if to get appraisal information, and what all of this data can be used for. This seminar is geared towards artists who are looking to organize and streamline their inventory as well as collectors who are looking to catalog their fine art collections.

About Devon Vander Voort:

Devon Vander Voort is an art dealer, curator, and educator based between New York City, Syracuse, and Atlanta. In 2023, she founded Devon Vander Voort LLC, an advisory firm helping clients build and maintain their fine art collections with a museum-quality lens. Vander Voot works with artists at all stages, curating exhibitions and advising them on their practices. Currently, Vander Voort sits on the board of the Syracuse University Art Museum in Syracuse and the Greenwich Art Society in Greenwich, CT. She consults for the Museum Association of New York and is an adjunct professor in the Museum Studies department at Syracuse University. Vander Voort holds an M.A. in Museum Studies from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Art History from SCAD (The Savannah College of Art and Design).
