Client is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts organization with a mission to support and educate beginner to professional fiber textile artists. Client conducts classes for members ages 18+ and hosts open spaces to the general public. Client also rents its space to other organizations and will potentially rent its equipment with the space. Client needs one or more liability release forms that cover (1) class attendees/members, (2) general public, and (3) renters using the equipment.: Nonprofit needs liability release forms.

| Non-profit is an arts based organization which honors and celebrates the vibrant African American abstract artist community by creating a narrative promoting inclusion and a supportive space for African American creatives. Non-Profit recently received a letter indicating their logo was a copy of another organization's logo and it and the organization's name infringed their trade mark.The non-profit's logo has been used for approximately 4 years, although the non-profit was incorporated in the last year. Non-Profit would like advice on whether its use is infringing, and if so, what changes may make its use distinctive. They would also appreciate assistance in resolution of the matter. | |||
