About Charley
Charley is a partner at Ballard Spahr in the Intellectual Property department. Charley leads the patent group’s Electrical, Software and Business Methods team. His practice encompasses patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; patent prosecution; client counseling; and opinion work. Charley is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Pro Bono Committee and part of the firm’s retail group.
Charley received his J.D. from Mercer University, a M.S. degree in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Mercer University. Outside of work, Charley enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
