About Alana
Alana is an associate in the Entertainment & Media Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig. She focuses her practice on complex entertainment, media, and intellectual property transactions with an emphasis on the licensing of music, videos, and other entertainment content. She also counsels clients on innovative ways to incorporate entertainment content into a broad array of media, including, but not limited to, film, radio, television programs, mobile applications, video games, and social media platforms. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Alana was a member of the Technology, Privacy and IP Transactions group at another top law firm in Atlanta. It was during her time at her first law firm that Alana began working with GLA in order to get experience in Atlanta’s entertainment industry. She has been volunteering with GLA ever since.
Outside of work, Alana enjoys exploring Atlanta’s music scene, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
Alana received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University with Phi Beta Kappa distinction.
