Non-Profit runs a creative maker space inclusive of all art forms, including industrial art. Non-Profit is leaving its current space at the end of the year and has found new space, with an attractive rent, but with other conditions that may impact it financially or operationally. Client is asking for assistance in lease review and negotiation of reasonable terms.

N5834-3-C: Non-Profit Needs Help Calculating Lobbying Maximum Spend
Non-Profit was formed in 2012 with the mission of promoting the arts in the city of its location (AP # 1). In the past, it had hoped to raise funds for a performing arts center but circumstances prevented that campaign. AP #1 is now proposing to build a performing arts center to be mainly funded by a bond issue. The referendum will go to the public on November 4. Non-Profit needs help in determining the maximum amount it can donate to an advocacy group (AP #2) supporting the referendum without going offside of its non-profit status and, if there is a way to increase the maximum amount.
